Aids, Urethra mutual masterbation

Hi all, I know mutual masturbation is safe. But if there is blood on someone's hand can it get in by the tip of the penis (urethra) and infect you if HIV+ or vaginal fluids?  I have read that the virus dies very quick outside body. Do they have to really masturbate you for a long time for that to happen? Can it go down the urethra during mutual masturbation, becuase technicallly its inside you body and will be in your bloodstream? Just need a little clarification. Thank you.

No. HIV is not transmitted outside its host. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host. In your case it was on the outside before you had your concern.

So it would NOT go down the urethra (blood) because it's outside already and the virus is dead? i would probably have to have a cut or something for the blood to get into my bloodstream? Thanks for your rapid response.

The virus isn't dead it was never alive. The virus is either active or inactive. Once the virus is exposed to air, ph and temp change it damages the outter shell of the virus making it inactive and unable to attach to the cells.

Last question. How about if the cut was spilling blood  out (a litte bit or a lot) and I didn't notice until after the handjob, mutual masturbation whatever? Would that change the explanation u gave me or not? Still inactive because outside host and no problems if contact with urethra? I know hand to genital is safe, but still anxious about blood, fluids going to tip of penis. I know nothing is impossible but risk is low compared to other things.  Thanks again and really this is my last question.
