HIV while massage, handjob, skin contact

Dear Dr.
I read a lot about how HIV transmits and exposure. But still not gotten over my concern and specific case.
Stayed in a five star hotel in south east asian country and requested for Massage which they offered at Room. I took oil body massage. It was fine. She asked if i need extra massage to private area. Foolishly  i said yes, and washed her hands and applied body lotion and  did hand job. While doing she removed her clothes and i happen to touch her by my hand and kiss her in some areas. I am concerned about possible HIV exposure although there were no body fluids involved (including Saliva). Following are specific incidents which I need help to get over my anxiety.

1. She washed her hand and did handjob.
2. I kissed on her breasts and armpit which was very clean and dry. Also there was no breast milk on her nipple area. This whole activity might have lasted for 10-15 seconds.
3. I touched her pubic area but not vaginal area. The pubic area was dry and I might have touched for 5-8 seconds.

Its been 3 months, i did NOT get any flu symptoms. but last week i got Cold and bad throat. I get this during cold season.

Please help me if there any exposure and i need testing.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

I have no idea where you are getting your incorrect information. Again you did not have an exposure.

Dear Teak,
Sincere thanks for your advice. I was unable to take out this topic from my mind.

Please pardon me if I asked stupid questions

There is much talk about virus been in sweat, breast milk and it can transmit through mouth if there are openings like ulcers or gum bleading. I wonder of the kissing in the areas i mentioned has any chance. Please advice in my case
