Doctor,

25 days before , i (25 years) went to a prostute.. v both removed dress, that was the first time am seeing a staight nude lady, immediatle after seeing i got ejaculated...and also i got fear and more nervous and i felt what am doing is wrong.. and was ready to leave.. but the lady (30 years), came and hug me.. so my ejaculated pennis touched her vagina.. and it was about 10 seconds.. soon after that, i pushed her down, dressed & left away.. took a bath cleanly within 30 minutes after that..(100% true : my penis was not inserted into her vagina).

now i got more fear about HIV / AIDS.. Do I have a chance of HIV infection? am not sure about, whether any fluid came out of her.. but i sensed a very bad smell, ever... And also i had a cut in my public area, which was shaved b4 3 days of that incident.

Wil I get infect by HIV? or any other STD diease / skin cancer?...after that, i realised arisal of 6 to 7 new moles, in my body.. but i hav checkd with a dermatologist doctor & confirmed that it is ordinary mole.. Then there is a white thick element (like thin plastic cover material), coming from my penis... also there is inflammation in penis & area around that... what shud i do? i heard usualy hiv test wil b acurate after 6 months only. is it true? but am very nervous each day.. not able to eat or sleep due to anxity and fear..

Hey there. You NEVER had an exposure. You cannot possibly get HIV from what you described- not even close!!! All the "symptoms" you have described mean nothing in regards to HIV because you do NOT have it. No way and no how. You are perfectly fine and you do not need to test.

hi,
it is 6 weeks completed from my incident. no fever, no headache, no diarea, but there are 3 red blood dots arised above chest & below neck,,also 2 black dots arised on shoulders..  is this the sympotms of any infection?

No penetration / insertion occured.. but if the vaginal fulid of the female sex worker came in contact with my penis, then there is chance of infection of hiv/std know?

Elisa test taking now, wil it gives corect result?

Doesn't matter in your situation, you never had an exposure.

presence of foreskin is an advantage ? or disadvantage?

Some tel foreskin protects penis. Some others tell foreskin easily recves hiv/std viruses or bacterias... which is tru?

AM UNCIRCUMISED... I DIDNT INSERT... JUST MY PENIS TOUCHED HER VAGINA FOR A 10 SECONDS... SHE IS A REGULAR SEX WORKER.. SHE MAY B INFECTED WITH HIV / STD.. THE BAD SMELL MAY B HER VEGINAL FLUID.. WIL I B INFECTED IF HER FLUID TOUCHES MY PENNIS...EVEN I DIDNT PUL THE FORESKIN BACK...AFTER THIS INCIDENT, WITHIN 30 MINS I TUK CLEAN BATH ALSO.. STILL VERY AFRAID & WORRY...

Firstly, this forum does not have doctors answering the questions!  I'm just an ordinary guy offering advice based on what I know and have read and heard, but I have no specialist training or knowledge.  There are specific Doctor forums on this website, you'll have to go to one of them if you want a professional opinion.

It is pretty much impossible that you have picked anything up.  The cut in your pubic area is not an issue, unless it was actually open and bleeding at the time, and in any case that bit did not come into contact with her fluids.  A bad smell from her is not a symptom of HIV (nor any other STD as far as I know); moles are not a symptom of HIV or any other STDs.  Skin cancer is not an STD, it is not even infectious.

HIV tests can detect the disease after 1 month.  It is possible (or at least used to be - maybe the tests have improved?) for a test after 1 month to miss the infection, but for it to be picked up after maybe 4 months, but that is very rare.

Could the inflammation be caused by you shaving that region?  That can cause ingrowing hairs and skin inflammation, neither of which are anything to be very worried about.

you were never at risk for contracting hiv.  transmission requires PENETRATION.
