Had sex with HIV +

Hi there im 17 yo male and 3 months ago I had sex as a bottom with a 45 yo male, i believe he is HIV+ because I saw kaletra and truvada on his desk, he said it was his cousin's but I don't beleve him.

We had unprotected oral, cunnilingus, me recieving both, then protected anal sex (mE recieving as well), we switched condoms once because it was dirty, we used lube.

I know hes HIV+ because he said over the phone he kept the condoms to prove they didn't break, incase I wanted to prosecute him, he still denied he had it..

3 months later (now) I developed a swollen lymph node on my left side of my groin only, hurts a bit.

These lasts 3 months I've had flu, very very mild fever, acne on chest and shoulders(not rash, they left scars), and myalgia (myalgia only on the 8th til 11th day) and headaches, Ive been very stressed and have cried alot... Do you think i have HIV?

Why would he keep the condoms for "incase i wanted to prosecute him?"

Im trying to grab courage to get a test, but since im studying abroad and living alone, my whole life would change, I would not be able to take a plane and tell my parents... I regret doing that so much...

Had the condom failed you would have known. You never had an exposure.

As a side note, Ive always had acne on chest and my back, but never on shoulders... Not sure if it was acne, it looked like pimples but wasnt filled with white as normal acne is, my derm said it was dry skin.. They left scars( i did scratch them)
