Question on testing time

If I tested negative on 3rd generation hiv antibody test and negative on pcr DNA test after 12 months of a certain risk is that for sure I'm truely negative?

As James said, your tests are conclusive. A third generation test is conclusive at six weeks.

The antibody and DNA are both considered reliable even after a year if there both negative?
