Having Sleepless nights

i had unprotected sex during the last week of december.... the thing is i got tested around january 1st week and the test was hiv antibody test and it was negative..  i was just wondering if this is clear or do i need to get a retest?
my doctor said i was in the clear but i just want to be sure
im having sleepless nights about this

so i need to wait until the 29th  for the test to be conclusive?

You can test now and it is unlikely to change but again 3 months is conclusive.

the encounter was around the 27-29 of december... can i take the test now? or do i have to wait till the end of march?

im sorry for all the questions its just that im not getting too much sleep over this and the fear is creeping up to me every night...

If you get a negative result at 3 months then you are negative.

3 months since exposure is when a conclusive test can be taken.

also i was wondering on how long till my body produces antibodies for hiv
