ARS? Please help

Hi doctor,
I had an encounter with a girl. I had sex with condom for 3 minutes, put finger in her for 5' and and she rubbed on my boxer for 5 minutes with her woman part but I found the fluid wet my top. What is my risk if I had a minor skin torn around my finger nail of the one I use to put in her. Also, after 3 week I felt so tired and the mouth ulcer that was there before the encounter was still there (I get regular mouth ulcer) and felt something stuck in my throat. I thought I had throat cancer so I did an upper GI but didn't find anything. I had dry cough about 4 weeks after the encounter with red large pimples and fatigue. I did a Gen4 test 2 months after the encounter and it came back negative. It is now 4 months and I still have some pimple that last long and leave mark after healing. Please let me know if I should do another test and what do you think my risk was. Thank you very much.

Nothing that you have posted is any risk for HIV.  In an adult, the only way you have a potential to be infected is through unprotected anal or vaginal sex and sharing IV drug needles with infected users. Your symptoms are completely unrelated and should not be considered in your assessment. Since you had no risk to begin with, then the test that you took is conclusive. Non risks do not require testing, and certainly not repeated testing.

Thank you very much. One reason I'm still worried so much is because I think if I do have hiv, I might have also infected my girlfriend since she recently had a terrible cough, sore throat, mouth ulcer and headache all came at the same time and lasts about almost 3 weeks (she does have mouth ulcer and headache some times though). She didn't have any fever this time. She still feels tired. Before she got sick like that, her parents also had a longtime cough with sore throat. I really appreciate your time reading and give me your advice.
She caught your flu or got it from someone else like everyone does 3 times a year. Time to move on..
