Hey question about Hiv and Herpes type 1

Hey.
Just wonder, does having Herpes type 1 (on the lips) can increase the chance of getting hiv if you give oral sex? Assuming someone is positive and i gave him BJ while have herpes on lips. Not huge one or bleeding one, small one with yellow on it. I notice to the herpes only after the oral sex due to the pain tho all day i felt strach in lips. Thanks.

No.  HIV doesn't transfer via the mouth or lips, even with minor cuts or scrapes, or in this case, herpes sores.  However, you shouldn't give someone oral sex while you're having an oral outbreak for SEVERAL reasons, including that you could give the other person herpes.  Also, that would hurt SO bad if you had an outbreak on your lips and gave oral sex.  There is literally no reason to do that when you have a herpes outbreak.
