HIV risk plz help

Is there anybody out there that can help. About 3 weeks ago I had protected anal sex with a guy i met online app. He said he only ever did this safe so condoms only. But about 5 days before I had developed a heat rash or something close to the head of my penis which was raw because I was scarthing it ! Anyways I went there we had anal sex but i wore a condom the entire time! What are my risks in condom moved whilst having sex exposing my sore rash to anal fuild not exspoded to air. Avert i was done and took condom off my rash was itchy and was raw. I email the guy 7 days ago and he said he was hiv negative and never even in his life had an sti . but people lie . anyways plz help what was my risk. Ive had a head ache now for 5 days and its starting to get me worried.

Air inactivates the virus, and this is why only the head of the penis needs to be covered.  Lots of people have this concern but this is not how people get HIV.  Since your sex was protected and the head of your penis was covered, you should be protected from transmission of the virus.

Excellent thank you! It seems like these web site have scare taticts or something or they give misleading info. I can see why people like my self are terrified ! Regaurdless if the Rash was fresh and inside of him. The opening of my penis was protected ! Making this a low risk
You are interchanging the words low and no as if they are the same, which is why you are afraid. Reread the advice and accept it is "no".
Oh I see what I did there.
Yeah it's scary stuff. I should probably stay off the net because theres alot of different theorys out there but you guys seem to know your stuff so I'll stick it out here . let's just hope its not because its what I wanted to hear. Although I dont think you guys would sugar coat anything either from some of your other answers ive seen floating around. Thanks for the time ill try and get some sleep tonight and stop reading symptoms and all that scrap

HIV can only enter through the urethra so no condom movement is possible to expose that. It is effectively dead in air otherwise we would all have it from rashes and cuts rubbing the wrong person's rashes or cuts.

Thanks so much for your reply. I appreciate it. If you dont mibd for clearification even if my rash was exposed inside of him with out his anal guild being exspoded to air there's little risk ? Ive called my local help line and they seem to say different although none of them seem to specialze in this.
Also why the head ache can that be from stress ?
You had no risk and any HIV test would be a waste of time. If headaches were uncommon, then all those headache pills at the pharmacy would not be sold.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your encounter a risk for HIV.  No one in 40 years of HIV history got HIV from the situation you are concerned about so it is unlikely that it will happen in the next 40 of your lifetime either.
I see what your saying thanks. And maybe you didnt understand my question . my concern was for the rubbing internal with rash. But thanks again my apologies for maybe not being more detailed . your work here on this forom is fantastic.
Thanks anayways
Yes your absultoly right I didnt not understand fully. The part that I didn't understand fully was the rash maybe being exposed inside of him and those fluilds maybe getting into the rash which was craking and itchy and maybe raw. Those fuilds inside of him may not have been exposed to air ad they were inside of him. I understand that once the fuilds get exposed to air then they die. Are you saying only way is in the opening of the penis its the only way ?
