Yes, your NEGATIVE (NON-REACTIVE) HIV antibody test @ 13 weeks is indeed CONCLUSIVE.

I was kinda in a similar situation as you. I was a virgin until a drunk stupid alcohol filled graduation afterparty. He was a friend of mine for 3 yrs and he has gfs so yup. You can't trust guys these days. I'm praying for you. I did oraquick after 4 months of my "incident".
week 13..jus got back my results ..NON REACTIVE..Can these results now be considered conclusive
Your repeated NEGATIVE result @ 10 weeks is Extremely Strong Evidence that you are HIV Negative. To be considered CONCLUSIVE,a test @ 12 weeks is required , however, your NEGATIVE will NOT change.

i juz had my 10-11th week check yesterday also. it was also negative :) they all say that it is a strong indication of negativity so ya :)
I did another test ten weeks after the incident , which thankfully can back negative. Can I take that result as definitive or do i still have to get further testing.
Your 2 NEGATIVES at 6 weeks are VERY STRONG evidence against HIV infection. I am totally confident you will continue to test NEGATIVE @ 3months. Keep busy with other things and focus on your emotional well-being.

So it has been7 weeks since this incident ...last week I got 2 test done just to be sure and they both came back negative..Although they are negative my heart and mind still is not at rest. I know I still have to wait til the 3months mark but it seems so far away. I feel like I have symptoms...is it mind over matter?
I'm sorry to hear of your experience. I hope I can reassure you regarding your HIV fears.
The bottom line is that you had a risk, but it is extremely low. If this individual was not bisexual, a former prison inmate, or an IV drug user, the chance that he had HIV is very low (less than 0.1%). Further, if he was infected, the chance that you would catch HIV from that exposure is also less than 0.1%. When you combine those two factors, your risk is less than 1 in a million.
You obviously will need to test for HIV over this, as well as other STDs. For HIV, you can test at 6 weeks and then again at 3 months. At 6 weeks, a negative result is a strong indication that you weren't infected and is not likely to change at subsequent testing intervals. At 3 months the negative result is definitive, proving that you were not infected. You should coordinate the STD/HIV testing through your personal physician.
Hope this helps.
