Hiv from exposure in shower

I am worried I could have gotten hiv from the shower. I live in a large complex that everyone shares a common shower/bathroom. My fear is the showers aren't the cleanest of clean and I don't know what others do in them. I had a bad cut on foot that became infected from shower bacteria I'm assuming (open wound). Could I have contracted HIV through this open wound from bodily fluids in the shower. Ie: semen, feces, anal mucus if it was present in high vital load. I got really sick about 20 days after the incident.

I cannot tell what these substances are. But I'm asuming there is small remnants of others feces and semen in the shower. Could this be a potential route of transmission.
