Insertive = where one partner would, for example INSERT his penis into another orifice such as a mouth.Normally used as a term in conjunction with oral sex.
Penatrative = Pretty much the same, but used mornally in conjunction with anal or vaginal sex. For example; Vaginal PENERTATION.
