Anal sex with condom

Another guy and I meet online we both stated out statuses and say we always have protective sex.
My question is I did in fact used a condom with lube when I was top. I did cum in the condom and it looks liked it held all of it. Is there anyway that the condom failed or is it going to be noticeable to the eye if it did.
Second thing is oral sex without condom should I worry about that or is this encounter safe and I can move on from it.

When a condom breaks it is very visable. Oral sex is no risk.
