Hiv worries even after negative test at 9 weeks

Dear Drs,

I am from Lebanon, an Arabic country where people infected with HIV are only a low percentage. I have had an oral sex with one woman (she gave me a blowjob) for maybe around 10-20 seconds only, and I did ejaculate. She was pregnant and suppose to deliver the following week. I am not sexually active at all so we can say this is my first encounter with a female. I did not experience any symptoms. After 9 weeks, I had an HIV 1 and HIV 2 blood test, I am not sure what type of test they performed but it took them 3 days to give back the result. The result was negative.

My question is: Do I have to repeat my test again after 12 weeks and than after 6 months ?

Can I go on with my life and focus on my work, because now it is week 10 after encounter and I am going crazy about this issue.

Best Regards.
