How accurate are my HIV RNA and Fourth generation tests?

Hello- I am a gay 29yo male that had unprotected sex with a status unknown partner on January 27th, 2018.  I developed the following symptoms around the end of February: sore throat, fatigue, headaches, night sweats, and tingling of the hands and feet but NO fever or lymphadenopathy.  I had a full gamut of tests on March 12th (44 days post-exposure) including HIV viral load and CD4/CD8, fourth generation P24/Ab, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis.  Everything was negative, but my CD4 was low normal (420) and my CD8 was off the charts (1800).  My symptoms subsided about 1 week later in mid-March.  I was feeling great until about 1 week ago when I developed a sore throat, fatigue, tingling in the hands and feet and a burning sensation in my face and arms- still no lymphadenopathy or fever.  I also have a red hue to my skin and have had a couple of hives come and go on my legs.  I took an oraquick test on April 8th (71 days post-exposure) that was negative.  I am still symptomatic and the tingling and burning is really freaking me out- as I keep reading that neurological symptoms are common with ARS.  All of the scientific literature I am reading tells me that I should be confident in my tests, however the high CD8 in combination with symptoms has my anxiety level through the roof.  I need to see a Dr. to address the symptoms but I’m a busy resident and haven’t found time. Should I be confident in these results or should I wait the recommended amount of time to do the antibody test at 90 days?  The stress and anxiety is killing me.  Thank you.

Anal
4th get test was conclusive after 28 days so you are safe. You interact with others who cough germs on your food, lips and door knobs so flu etc. is to be expected at any time. See doc for any diagnosis but likely your symptoms like tingling is in your imagination from fear you are dying of hiv - which you aren't.
