How common is oral thrush during ARS?

I had an unprotected sexual encounter with a female of unknown status almost 5 weeks ago.  I took a rapid finger prick test 29 days after and it came back negative.  I don't know what type of test it was, bc I'm in a different country, and there was a huge language barrier between the tech. And me.  I know it's not conclusive, but I hope it's promising.  I haven't had any symptoms, everything I've been noticing, I'm hoping is from anxiety.  For a few weeks, I've noticed what could be a hard lymph node in my beck by my jaw line and my tongue has been dry and "fuzzy" feeling and has a whiteish film on it.  There is no pain or bleeding.  Can this be oral thrush?  How common is it in The early stages on infection.  Note, I have been using a lot of throat lozenges that have mild antibiotics as well as excessive amounts of medicated chapstick for dry lips, that does get in my mouth when I lick my lips.  Can this be my anxiety again?  Thank you

I have a picture of there is a way to upload it.

Pictures wouldn't help - we know what thrush looked like.  It can happen with HIV, but it is an extremely common condition and is usually associated with antibiotic use. It is in no way specific to HIV.  In fact, HIV is the least common cause.

It's not worth discussing symptoms, because they are never used to diagnose HIV.   Your test is very promising and in all likelihood, is conclusive given the sensitivity of modern tests.  Just get a final test 90 days post-exposure and you can put this behind you.

Thank you very much for your response.  When I said I had a picture, I meant one of my tongue, not just an oral thrush picture haha.  I'm pretty sure my tongue has been like this before from mild dehydration and such, but it may just be amplified by my anxiety.

I am very seriously hoping the test I took is indicative of my actual status. I know it was early at 29 days, and not knowing the type of test is helping.  My anxiety is better, but still haunting me at times.  Thanks again for responding.
Anxiety doesn't amplify anything, except you tense up and sweat in fear, otherwise doctors would have to perform an anxiety exam on you every time you  came to their office to do a proper diagnosis of something. Most likely your tongue was always like this and you are over-analyzing it in fear looking for clues to a disease, which is a natural reaction but purposeless..You never analyzed it in the past so if you can avoid it now it will help during your waiting period.

Your symptoms are experienced by millions of people who don't have HIV so it is a dead end trying to figure if a self diagnosed "symptom" even exists and if it does exist, whether it relates to a disease that it is the lowest probability of having..
