Possible exposure

Hi,
i was hoping someone could help me out please.  Here is my story. I live in Sydney, Australia.  Over the last two months i stupidly had unprotected sex with two women.  Each time the unprotected sexlasting no more than 5 mins.  I also used a condom when i came to my senses.  with the first woman i noticed there was blood.  My last sexual encounter was twelve days ago.  Ten days after this encounter i woke uo with a very red eye,  the following night i had a slight fever  lasting not very long at all and woke during the middle of the night due to profuse night sweat.  i also made my way to the toilet and did diarrhea.  i also noticed my lymph gland in front of my left ear slightly swollen.
My doctor says that the gland being swollwn is due to the drainage of pimples on that side of my face and told me not to be concerend in relation to hiv.  I also explained to him what i have just explained here and he does not seem to concerned in relaation to hiv.
As im sure you can understand im very anxious at the moment.  Please help
