you never had any exposure, stop worrying about HIV, seek medical help for you common illness, not due to HIV

I dont even know what the sore throat would likely be, that's why i asked you. but what i had was that after two weeks of a zero risk condition ( masturbation with using a condom. but before putting the condom, penis touched on the rim of the closet while i was sitting on the public bathroom ) a scratch like sensation on the throat which coming and going throughout the day, lasted for 3 days and a headache for which i consulted a doctor and he told it was due to anxiety and not having the headache now.

Answer was given to you already. Never try to judge your HIV infection through symptoms. Symptoms are misleading and do not mean much

Sore throat alone is not an HIV symptom, it can ne caught due to any other infection. There is no other way to identify that the sore throat you are talking about, is due to HIV, except a blood test for HIV antibodies, done after 3 months of the real exposure
