I am I hiv positive? pls help

I am a guy. I had an exposure with a guy on April 10th,2014 and with a different guy on April 11th,2014.
The guy with whom i had on April 10th,14 was without condoms, he ejaculated inside my anus. But i dont know his HIV status as he was there for a one night stand. The sex i had with a guy on April 11th was little rigorous and he encountered little more harder. We did sex for 3 times non stop the whole night. But as he was harder i saw blood while pee and obviously had pain for 2 days. His HIV status is negative.

Later in the month of July i had HPV on my anus and i went to doctor on   08th of Aug. I gave the history about my exposure as he was enquiring about my sexual life. He ordered for an HIV test ELFA (ab/ag). The test came out positive. Then i went to the local govt testing centre in India for Combi Aids test. Which came Negative. So i was liitle relieved. Then again the counsellor asked me check for signal hiv test, i under gone and he said it came mildly positive. I was worried from then and never gone to test again.

My question : Is it AB / AG test (Elfa) is correct after the window period of 90 days? I come across lot of discussion over internet that AB/AG test will not be accurate after 90 days. If so can i take my Combi test done in Govt testing centre as conclusive?

Any one please help.
