Testing for HIV is not included in these test results.

If you're negative and very sure that both of you are in monogamous relationship then It is Impossible that your wife gets / has HIV. Above test results are not HIV diagnostic results. Work with your wife's doc regarding her results.

Ask the doctor that ordered the tests

If you believe you have been exposed to HIV and want help to judge your risk, would like advice about HIV testing, or have questions about the effectiveness of condoms or risks associated with specific sexual practices then we can help.

I'm not a doctor but it seems to me that she has UTI since there is Pus cells present in her urine. Kindly have your doctor read this results. As for HIV concern, the test your wife has is not HIV diagnosing.
