I am worried in tension. Please Help!

Hi Docs,
Please help as I am in extreme tension for my life. On 24th February, 2013 i had intercourse with a prostitute with two condoms-on. Post the sexual activity I checked the condoms thoroughly and they didn't broke or leaked at all. Though my worry does not concerns the intercourse rather its regarding the fingering act that i did with her before our intercourse. I am not sure about the time but small part of my side skin of the nail of thumb of right hand was teared sometime nearby that night and but as far as i remember i only inserted my fingers in her vagina (may be thumb but only in outer part of vagina). Now 13 days later i have begun to feel aches in my back, sweating more that others (not specifically night sweats), sudden pains in armpits, in nerves of hand and legs, once in anus area also, elbows n other ankle area.
During second week my fever was between 98.4 to 99.15 constantly every day n night (might be due excessive stress and anxiety) and i was also sweating at night more than a normal person would. At times (at present also) my body starts heating-up (burning from inside) though not feverish on measuring temperature. Is this a sign of spreading of HIV infection in the body? I feel a lot of numbness also in my hands n legs many times a day.
Other information: I got the latest ELISA tests done as follows:
For me @ 2nd March, 2013 i.e. 6 days after possible exposure
For her @ 4th March, 2013 i.e. 8 days after possible exposure, and both tested negative.
When i ask her about her symptoms she tells me that she is perfectly fine and that she always uses a condom with every client she goes with. I am very scared for my life being under threat of this deadly infection. Please advice on my chances of being infected. Thanks!

See by just writing one-liners doesn't put my anxieties to rest!
I need complete logical answers, you are considering this as a low/no risk case by i am dying each day thinking of any such possible infection.
I am in no way challenging your competence but isn't this website meant to help people with their worries. I am ashamed of what i did but now i want make a fresh start with a clean life for which i need to know what are my chances of getting infected, and need full assurance that everything will be fine. First of all, after two weeks now i am facing sudden body aces specially in bones n joints area n tonsils(sometimes), sweating more than normal...fever sometimes jumps upto 99.2(max) as it a quite hot here at day time in Bangalore. But this fever this has been consistent since last 8-9 days, but yes there is no severe rash as it a major symptom in such cases. Yesterday i was bitten by Bed Bugs and developed big white enlarged rashes on my elbow and arms and was damn scared. So this way it is becoming very difficult to survive. I beg you please tell me what could possibly the reason for all these body symptoms. Is it the signs of early HIV infection or the Pus cells in Urine(diagnosed on 2/3/13) or any other possible blood infection or just anxiety/stress which i dont think i am taking much now.
Life will become much easier to live with your correct advise. I request you to please be logical and honest. Thank You!

Please please...it will provide me some extra inputs...though its fine i understood that there is nothing serious or to worry about as i was thinking earlier.
I want your inputs specially on possibility of urine infection to men even by protected intercourse and its effect on my body..

Thank you for that Teak!
But would like to bring one more thing under your notice that i did urine test on 2/3/2013 which diagnosed 8-10 pus cells in my urine. Is this a UTI due to intercourse. Can it happen even if i had used condoms. My history has been like i have had some urine problems until 2011 (I had protected sex with 2 prostitutes on 31/5/2005) like burning sensation, frequent urge to urinate, smelly urine, urine leakage which went away on its own (Might be an STD from that event on 31/5/2005 :-( ). I have read that existence of STDs increases chances for HIV transmission even if there is protected sex. Is it true?
If everything is fine that why am i having sudden body aches after 2 weeks of that event now? What could possibly the reason for it? Have the pus cells spread from urine to blood causing these pains. My only point worry is that in some way or the other can this be related to HIV infection? Do i even have an outside chance of contracting it?
