I consult one question about HIV for my friend

Dear Volunteers, my friend had a protected vaginal sex with a bar woman.
But he inserted his finger into her vaginal.

He teared off the barb in his finger. The skin was damaged. And he said he could see something red in.
Luckily, the wound did not bleed. But he said, if he pressed the wound, it will bleed.
He wash his finger and inserted into her vaginal at once. After 2 mins, he washed his hand with soap again.

May I know, how dangerous he is? Does he need a test?

Thank you so much!

Thank you so much, Mr. Teak.

But may I know why it is safe? As he can see something red in his wound and he inserted his finger into her vaginal. Is it an exposure? I think it is more dangerous than a unprotected sex.

BTW, I saw your answer in other person's post. U said that ALERE DETERMINE is not a approved test in US. Is it true? I had exposure before, and I only did the alere determine test. Now I am worried again.

Your friend didn't have a risk and doesn't need testing.
