Dear Doctors, Please HELP

My Possible exposure was on JULY 28, drunk and **** faced ended with 2 CSW in JAKARTA, INDONESIA. FIRST CSW engaged in sex in which I highly believe I was unprotected and was for a long time. SECOND CSW I did not engage in any sexual intercourse. I only did a little fingering with her only to notice that she was just done with her period and still had blood. i noticed blood were on my hands and could remember there was a skin lesion on my middle finger. I could not remember if the finger was bleeding or not and didnt know how long ago did i manage to get the lesion. I WAS F****** STUPID......

Run down of symptoms:
Week 1:Rash on the head of my penis. believe to be fungal. No fever, No sore throat. No swollen lymph node.My abdomen was hurting as if something blunt was poking into it. Joints were aching but not severe. comes and goes.
Week 2: i dont know if its rash but two to three red and raised spots on my hands. Abdominal pain presisted and then my chest started hurting as if something blunt was poking into it. No fever. no sore throat. no swollen lymph node.
Week 3:Jolts around my body are felt as if my lymph nodes were being attacked, they did not swell but i just feel jolts around it. started feeling my lymph nodes on armpits, neck and groin and noticed there was one tiny lymph node on the left side of my armpit more towards the side rather than the middle of the armpit that was sore but i didnt know if it was swollen or not as it was not noticable to the eye but i can feel a tiny bump (not exceeding 1cm). Also i had this 3 pimple like bumps appearing on my neck, and it hasnt healed until now, it doesnt have any open wounds, just a red bump like pimples but no pus. Decided to have a 3 week HIV TEST, came back Negative. No fever. No sore throat.

WEEK 4: Liver hurting as if there were needles sticking into it and then a couple of days later my spleen started to feel the same. Palm skin were dry and somewhat starting to peel off. Feel needles pricks on my feet and my palms. No Fever, No sore throat.

Doctors, my questions are:
1)Could the jolts around my lymph nodes mean a sign of virus attacking my lymph nodes?
2)Could 3 pimple like bumps on my neck indicate ARS?
3)I know that liver and spleen swelling is an indication of virus manifestation but does it make sense when only these two organs hurt while there are no generalized swollen lymph nodes? could hiv first attack major parts of immune system before eventually lead to swelling of the lymph nodes? i think this is one possible explanation. Otherwise i am fresh out of ideas.
4) Needle ***** feelings? Are they a common sign of ARS? And dryness of the skin of the palm?
5) During ARS is it possible to have ALL but FEVER as symptoms?

PLEASE HELP ME ANSWER MY QUESTIONS!! I BEG OF YOU!

So you have no clue if you were wearing a condom???
3 week test is useless, only a 3 month test is conclusive.

Dr's do not post to this area, you have to pay in the expert forum for there advice.
