4th gen hiv test

I had a 4th genaration hiv test at 10 weeks and was negative, is this conclusive and can i move on? Thankyou

You were told you never had a risk from oral sex so you could trust the test before you took it that it would be negative.  NO Risk means you will always have a negative test because you couldn't get HIV. So, yes, confidently move on knowing that this is an accurate result (and 4th gen is accurate and conclusive at 28 days).
