oral blood

Dear Doctor,
What is the risk for getting HIV, for the receiving oral man if the partner has visible blood in his mouth?
What is the window period for testing after this kind of exposure?
Thank you!

Ignore the incorrect information Collin79 posted. You never had a risk and don't need testing had you had a risk "which you did not",  the window period is 3 months.
