please help me i had test elisa after 4,5,7,8 month all of them negative but 4 month i have sore throat an ill  and i had sex 8  month ago with a person that i dont know her situation and now i see my wife has sore throat for 5 days you think i should test again allof them are false or not any time i had any illeven my wife

i know that i ask question and every time i get a answer that move on but my wife has cough and sore throat very bad for 5 days and fever 37.2 iam worried that i transmitted hiv to wife  although my elisa test was after 4,5,,8,and rapid test after 7 month all of them negative. i think i have a lot of symptom that symptom hiv but result test is negative i cannot sleep from tear please help me doctor ,friends, do this ill my wife can happen after sex i with my wife

thank you teak you help everybody the same as me  yes you answered me 5 month ago but i had a lot of problem now that anytime i didnot have it before and even i see my wife has sore throat very bad and if i asked you question for it that if i have hiv but the test be false and i face with hiv after 1 and 2 years please this is my last question because i saw6 doctors and all of them told me that you dont have problem but i had pain back for 1 month,spasm very strange for 2 month,sore throat for 4 month and i have it yet fatigue for 2 month ,you think i dont have hiv and didnt have and move on for always.
