Broken condom

Hello doc I am a 25 year old male and made a stupid mistake last night. I had a vaginal intercourse with a prostitute and the condom broke. We had sex for approximately 8-10 mins. I ejaculated and after we were finished we realized that the condom had broken. I was absolutely terrified and still am, I am worried sick doctor. I do remember feeling something funny about five mins into the intercourse, which I am assuming is when the condom broke. It has been approximately 15 hours since the incident and I am still in disbelief. I need some advise urgently doc.

1)   What are the odds of me contracting HIV from this one stupid incident???

2)   I am currently on Antibiotics for a cold I have, does that reduce my chances??

3)   How long should I wait before doing a HIV test that would provide accurate results and what type of test should I do? I hear that there are tests that provide results within the hour are these tests reliable??

4) Should I be on PEP medication??

5) What is the estimated time period before I would develop symptoms of HIV??

6) What other serious STD should I be concerned with???

What are my odds doc????????  I cant think straight and i know i will have to wait sometime to get an accurate reading from a test. Please help!!!!!
