I did a lot of invistigation after possible risk Since i had all symptoms of ARS  the last result was yesterday after 12 weeks and it was done by COBAS e411 third generation ELISA the result was 0.82 ( nonreact ) but their cutt off  value is 1   so does this result mean I'm in progress toward positivity ??????? because my previous result read like 0.38       ,      0.48     and so on

You do not have an HIV concern, you've never had an exposure.
