hello doctor, I have been super paranoid and have not been able to sleep and eat, i had my first sexual incounter last week, I am a gay male, He gave me oral sex only, no penetration on either parties. The thing is while he was performaning oral sex on me he was masturbating and im scared that some of his pre-ejaculatory fluid got on my penis from his hands.. i also asked if he was hiv - and he said yes he took the "early hiv test" came back neg. should i be worried? i dont have any symptoms of any stds as of yet. how risky was my behavior?

You don,t have an hiv concern from what you describe,however you require testing for other STD,s.All the best.
