Insertive Partner?

1)Can Anyone get Hiv from Receiving Oral Sex(the person being sucked/insertive oral sex)?(and in receptive &/or Performing)?
2)re there conditions in oral sex which is the only way in which one can get hiv?(like blood in mouth and cut in penis)
3)Does Saliva Actually inhibit hiv??
4)If saliva inhibit Hiv then why dunt the doctors make some medicines/vaccinations frm the substance that the saliva has in order to eradicate virus from the whole body?doesnt this prove saliva DOES NOT inhibit hiv?
5)Can there be only ONE symptom during ARS after oral exposure?
6)Has anyone been tested positive after an ORAL EXPOSURE ONLY?(Sites say that ORAL SEX HAS RESULTED IN HIV in some cases)
7)Isnt Sucking the penis like Deep kissing?where one is exposed to ONLY saliva?then why do some say there is some risk in oral sex and NO risk in deep kissing?where as there can be blood on both factors.(in deep kissing blood can come out from gums from both partners and result in infection?
8)Is it hard to transmit Hiv from one person to another?i have heard that there are couples where one partner is Negative and the other is positive and both have had UNPROTECTED MANY times but the Negative stayed negative For years... then wht conditions are neccessary for HIV to transmit?
9)Why do some sites say that ORAL SEX is LOW risk...and why dunt they say NO risk?to cover their *****??
10)Is Sore Throat a MAJOR symptom in ARS???

Are you questioning me or are you going to listen? There has never been HIV transmitted by receiving a blowjob in the HISTORY of HIV. There has never been a verified documented case of anyone contracting HIV from giving a blowjob. Saliva inhibits HIV transmission. There are studies on serodiscordant couples that no one ever seroconverted via oral sex.

i am NOT trying to question u bro..its just that the way you say that ORAL SEX IS NO RISK (so confidently) why dunt the docs and others too say the same?i understand that others may not be as educated as u but then wht abt the docs?why dunt they clearly say??
they use "TRICKY" words like..... Never happened till now...or practically no risk...very low risk to leave it.

Why so???????
i am sure they too know that these studies have been done then why not them saying NO RISK..in SIMPLE    6 LETTERS???NO... RISK..!! Simple.....
