They check my c4(i think thats what its called) count

I'm sorry you did not get HIV 7 years later after birth. Lupus is known to cause false positives.
You do a HIV antibody test for HIV 1/2.I also recommend you to do DNA PCR for HIV1/2.If test results comeback as negative then you do not have HIV.However what was your exposure for HIV?
what kind of hiv testing has been done on you?
are you seeing a hiv specialist / infectious disease dr?
I think you need a HIV test at a point when your lupus isnt flaring. If thats negative then you dont have HIV.
