hiv

My question is this.   I met a boy at a hotel.  We preformed oral sex on eachother with no protection and having sex annual sex.  16 months later I had a HIV test which was negative in 3 times in one month. two of test with rapid test ecl method and one test with elysa antibody in one month after 16 months(1 year and 4 months) unprotected sex.the result of 3 tests are negetive but still im worry. . I  had One inject corticosteroid befor 5 months to go test, dexamethasone coriticosteroid, and i used  nose spray because of allergies,  All of the were given to me because of allergies. I've seen on some sites that corticosteroids could cause a false-negative reading on a HIV test. My last corticosteroid was in 6 month befor i went to get test.Would these be able to effect my HIV test.  Do you know where I can find information on the effects of corticosteroids on HIV testing.  I feel like my good test results are no good because of this information.  Please Help.

You have been told you are negative. Now either move on or you will be reported.

Corticosteroids has no chance of causing "false negative" after window period. Actually after window period there are no false negatives, only false positives are possible.  Anyway, your test was after six month mark, so nothing can effect the result. You don't have HIV.

You're negative. A 3 month post exposure test is conclusive. You're NEGATIVE. Move on.
