HIV risk for receptive partner

Doctor, can you tell me, theoretically, how one could be possibly infected by HIV as the receptive partner, if the top is circumcised, does not precum, and did not ejaculate, in a brief full-on penetration episode?

a receptive partner with a brief full-on penetration is at risk because he had unprotected sex. So simple

-unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration
