HIV cannot be diagnosed by symptoms. The only way to know your status is to get tested. Get an HIV duo test at 28 days or antibody test at 3 months to obtain a conclusive result.
Regarding your swollen tonsils any swollen nodes/ tonsils for the time period more than 3 months should be evaluated by a physician. No one can analyse these symptoms online. The best way is to meet your doctor for physical evaluation

Hi! i visit physician last 4th of April, he just issue me antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, and mouthwash. i take the meds for 1 week but no improvement, i really want to be tested but currently i'm working overseas and if the result is positive i will be departed by the government, i'm not sure it there's swollen nodes, but i noticed difference under my chin but i'm not sure if its just normal.
You don't have any medical training so you don't know what nodes are supposed to feel like, which makes your self diagnosis of no value.  Without a test, no HIV doctor can diagnose HIV, so you can't either. The fact the blister comes and goes makes me think it is in your imagination anyway.
Thanks so much for all of your response AnxiousNoMore & Josh_1994!
