Just want to make sure

Am from southeaster Kentucky-USA where HIV is not seen that much. Out of 9 counties that have a total of about 250,000 people living in them. These counties have seen total 27 new HIV case over about 5 years(2004 - 2008) and about 99 Aids case over the base 20 years.

My question I had protected sex with a female. The condom did not fail and stay on the whole time. From what I know I was not at risk from this and do not need testing. Is this right?

Thanks. I do not think she has HIV. But again the condom do not fail so there was no risk.

You are correct. Even if your partner was HIV positive you would not have been at risk from protected sex.
