Kinda Scared! Please help me.

I am a 20 yo heterosexual male in Massachusetts. I only had once unprotected sex with a college girl in Feb 2016. She goes to a high class college. I am also a college student. We had sex in sauna room(less than 5mins) and hot tub(with water and less than 3mins), and we also had normal sex in the dry place(I cant remeber how long).
Then I think I had some symptom happened to me.
1. My lymph on the neck felt swollen(especially after smoking) since June 10th i think, then I went to the doctor, he examined me and said there is no problem, and after around 3 days the swollen went away i think.
2. I had a gastrointestinal promblem i think, gastrectasia happened. In those days I had a little bit constipation. So I took some medicine and I had diarrhea. Then now its coming back to normal I think.
I text her if she had AIDS since I had these symptoms and she said no, and told me to get tested if I'm really worried.
I am still kinda worried. I want to know how much chances I might get infected. Please help me, thank you!!

Do you have multiple profiles?
Most ppl do not have hiv and chances are she doesn't.
If she did the risk female to male is like 1~1000 or 1~2000.
Sorry my memory is unsure of the exact ratio.
Either way your risk isn't the highest sinareo, but it is still a risk and you should be tested.
Being you are more than 3 months post this concern, any antibody test at this time will be conclusive. There are no "hiv only " symptoms so testing only determines a persons status.
