dear doctor!! are my results reliable at 4 weeks after incident? please help!!

on 5december08 i had a one night stand (unprotected vaginal) sex with a 21 year old girl met in a nightclub i dublin ireland i dont even have her name or number to call her!!!.  i myself am a straight 30 year old white male. 4 weeks later i had a full std screen, blood and swabs taken at my local gp's which he then sent to be tested, then 1 week later (at 5weeks past incident) my results came back all clear for all stds.

is my 4 week neg elisa blood test a good indicator? 80%? 90? please tell me, i am so worried!!!?

does bieng on her period make the risk higher?

had no symtoms, but now at six weeks later i have started to get aching in my both legs, ankles and muscle in my left arm!!

PLEASE HELP ANSWER MY QUESTIONS DOCTOR I AM VERY SCARED.

IF one is going to exhibit ars symptoms...they come at 2-4 weeks (not 6) after infection and last for 1-2 weeks.

it is highly unlikely that this girl was even infected with hiv.

i try not to do numbers...but your 5 week test is a good indication.  you will still need to follow it up with a test at 3 months for a conclusive result
