Leaking secret from penis related to HIV ?

Hello I have unprotected  vaginal and oral contact with sex worker I was on PEP of 28 day after I finish i make blood test was negative after 11 week contact I make another antibody test blood from finger result in 15 min was negative since one month I have secret discharge from penis was white with little smell and stay on under ware like sperm  i was to doctor he give me antibiotics I explain to him situation with sex worker also I told to him i was sex with anthoher women before this how have withe leak from vagina (I don`t know how is called on English).I think probably PEP reboot old infection from this.. I take this pills from two days i need to take them 15 days total and now discharge is without color and smell but is a lot even if i look woman picture in the beach is starting if they attract me.My question is can be HIV one friend told me if you have HIV your penis is leaking all the time.That`s true or just a paranoia?

You did not have unprotected vaginal exposure. Please refrain from providing misleading information.

Please see a urologist for your penile issue, it has nothing to do with HIV.

I make a mistake when i write you it was protected vaginal and unprotected oral ! Sorry for this.Thank you for your answer.My friend told me doctor say to him if your HIV have penile issue like discharge but was his GP and I can find information online for this.Thank you.
