Leg pain and HIV?

Alright, so I'll be blunt and say that for almost an entire year now the area right beneath the head of my penis, on the left hand side, becomes somewhat hard and swollen like a cord if I masturbate too long or hard. The symptom usually goes away after 1-2 days if I leave it alone.

My question is this... I've been reading that symptoms of possible HIV infection are swollen lymph glands and rashes. Could this swelling be part of an early sign of HIV? I haven't had any lumps, just this one hard band around near the head of my penis (which I've also read could be sclerosing of the penis). I've had a slight irritaion behind my knee for a few months, and most recently I've been feeling a sharp pain in my left leg off and on, sometimes close to the groin.

I have not had any sexual encounters for just over a year now, and I haven't had full intercourse for a very long time, and were both quite young and it was our first time. I've only had oral sex in the last while.

Is there a chance these are symptoms of an HIV infection or something else? I fully intend to see a doctor within the coming days, but in the meantime knowing what I'm up against would reduce some stress.

Thank you!
