Swollen lymph nodes in groin, chances of HIV infection

I had a one time vaginal sexual intercourse with a male and he ejaculated inside of me. About two days later I started having burning sensations when I peed. About eight days into this, the lymph nodes in my groin are swollen and I am having pelvic and back pain. Doctor put me on antibiotics for a UTI although the culture was negative. Symptoms are not improving. I am worried at this point and are wondering what my chances are in being infected with HIV from one sexual intercourse interaction. The male is 27 Caucasian and insists he is HIV negative but isn't stating whether or not he has been recently tested, and I feel as if he has had multiple partners. Went to the gynecologist after during day ten I developed a few bumps in vaginal area and she thinks I may have genital herpes. Any thoughts of my risk of HIV would be great as I am very worried and I have to wait to get tested.

I presume from your description that he didn't use a condom, so you had an unquantifiable risk if he won't show you his test results.
A 4th gen test for HIV after 28 days will give a conclusive result. Nothing is pointing towards you having HIV, so try to relax until 28.
