MEIA test after 7 months

Hello Sir,
I had protected sex with 3 condoms in February  and i did MEIA test after 7 months in August and it was negative , is and i didnt have sex till now, is this enough or not? i mean is there any chance for me to have hiv or not

the last question, i read somewhere that the window period can be up to 16 months , is this true?

the CURRENT guideline for a conclusive result is 3 months post exposure.

3 months is conclusive...you are conclusively negative...
next time dont use more than 1 condom at once as it can increase the frequency of rupture
