Dear Doctor,
I massaged an old man two weeks ago in a wellness center. His back is very hairy. Even though I had used massage oil, the palm area of my left hand still got rubbed by his tough hairs.
Though I didn't find any broken on my left hand, the skin did feel painful, or sour. I worried a lot: If this old man is HIV-infected, can I get infected through my sour skin?
The reason I doubt this old man's health condition is that he asked me to massage his penis. I refused. And he told me almost every other masseuse satisfied him. This made me feel very disgusted at his body.
This is the first time I gave a massage to a customer. It is really a bad beginning. I cannot help always thinking about it.
Is there any risk for me?
Looking forward towards your answer.
Thank you very much!
