Menstrual blood and genital wart sore

Hello,

I had protected sex with a sex worker and menstrual blood covered my pubic region and condom. The problem is I have a genital wart 'sore' where i ripped off the dead skin. I am obviously worried about this.

Further more I ejaculated a few hours later and noticed a small red residue with the sperm, worried this might have been blood that somehow got inside my urethra. What is my HIV risk?

thank you for any responses

If the head of your penis was covered by an intact condom it is virtually impossible for the blood to get to your urethra. Hiv transmission occurs through urethra or the glans of your penis so if your head was covered then you have nothing to worry.
If the sore was covered with the penis then there was obviously no risk and if the sore was on your shaft or base of penis and was uncovered it is not the documented route of transmission.
