Mutual masturbation and kissing with blood?

I was with a guy. I have decided to abstain from oral sex. I never do Anal as I stay very safe. My question: i mutually masturbated and rubbed my penis with a guy of 28. His presemen touches my penis and on my pebis I have an enlarged infected hair follicle. Also we made out kinda rough and later on my pillow I notices what looked like dry blood.
Was I at risk? I feel so silly since I just got tested negative and I told myself I'd remain abstinent.

Since none of those 3 applies to me Lizzie, may I conclude, even without a test, I am HIV negative?

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THE ABOVE EXPOSURES...THEN YOU HAVE PUT YOURSELF AT RISK.

UNTIL THAT TIME...KINDLY MOVE ALONG.

But remaining abstinent is not realistic! I am 24 years old and a guy so it is hard ;(   BUT my partner told me he was negative. So I am not sure why I am worried!

You are a virgin and you don't do drugs...You have never had a risk even with the buts and what ifs...if your sex life is causing you this much stress set out to do as you say and stay abstinent until your in a relationship and know your partners status that would be the best thing for you!

Does this sound more like I have an actual risk or OCD?

Ok Teak. I just thought that maybe I was at risk, with the chapped lips/canker sore and infected hair follicle on my penis.....

HIV is so terrible and it is like everytime I have sexual contact I feel I need be tested :(

You never had a risk from mutual masturbation or making out and your chapped lips are not relavent to the situation.I think you know how hiv is transmitted by now.All the best.
