My Testing results out, PLz Guide further

Sir,
Plz give me some guidance, I am very distressed.
After my exposure on 6th April this year, I got myself tested twice for HIV at a government hospital in New Delhi. Details of my tests are:

Test 1: 6th July 2009 (at 91 days)
Kit Name CombAIDS(expiry-June 2010
Result Non Reactive

Test 2: 13th October 2009 (at 190 days)
Kit Name HIV Comb(expiry-May 2010
Result Non Reactive

(Plz note that i have not indulged into any sexual activities after my last exposure.)

My question is that can  I rely on the result of above mentioned tests completely or I need to get some additional tests to confirm my status, provided here in India-Government hospitals have a reputation of providing careless medical care!

Also these days (221 days since exposure) i am suffering from Viral throat/chest infection, i have: mild fever, heavy mucus in spit, dark stool & urine, pain in lower back- is this anything to do with my sexual exposure???

Plz help
