My first question about wound

Dear Doctor: Sorry for my weak English, half a year ago, I received a special service from a sex worker, she sucked my back with her tongue, sometimes with hot water in her month, the most serious situation I am worrying about is I had acnes on my back that time, no open wound(Because I asked my friend after). If she had bleeding on her month at that time, do I have risk of getting HIV? On the later several months, I received protected oral sex for twice. Do I have any risk of getting HIV? Thanks! Cause I don't believe the answers from my domestical doctors

Thanks very much cause sometimes I have so called symptoms of HIV, such as a fever, and sometimes I was anxious too much about getting HIV, eventhough I know I just received protected oral sex. The reason that I am worrying about my situation is that our domestic doctors said that acnes are able to get HIV since it's a cut
