Need advice

I'm married and have not had sex with husband for 1.5 years. So on a crazy girls trip away we drank too much and I  ended up sleeping with a man from London. This was 12 weeks ago. I've been having very high anxiety over the fact that I could have contracted something from him. The last couple of days I have had some nasal congestion in the morning and night. Also I've been feeling slight sensations in my hands , back, legs. I'm not tired .. In fact with anxiety over this it's been hard to sleep, and I haven't felt other symptoms. Are these symptoms and should I be very worried?

Symptoms are not an indicator of HIV staus, I think you should go get an antibody test, it will be conclusive if the incident was 12weeks ago. But theres no other way to know. All of your symptoms sound anxiety related anyway. But you still need to test.

You put yourself at risk and need to test. You stated it's been 12 weeks. so you can test now and your test will be conclusive.
