Need professional opinion about test results

Dr. HHH, I posted several months ago about my concern with topical Elidel and it possibly supressing my immune system so that the OraQuick test wouldn't detect anti-bodies.  I tested 3,4,8 months out with the rapid oraquick swab.  I also had my doctor do a blood draw and tested EIA 6 months after possible exposure.  All test were negative.  Upon doing more research about Elidel I found that this was a calcineurin inhibitor clhemically similiar to tachrolimus a drug used for organ transplants rejection therapy.  I have been using Elidel topically on a small area of my face for years.  My questions are:
1. Given my low risk exposure could prolonged topical Elidel usage lower my immune system enough so that antibodies were't present at testing times.  My lymphocyte count at blood test time was 1792 - normal.
2. Do you recommend additional testing or should I let this go.
Thanks for your help!
