Two negative oraquicks, can I accept these results?

Hey everyone, so I had a possible exspouser about 5-6months ago I took one oraquick at like 5 and half months and one at 6 months which both had a negative result. My tongue had like a orange/yellow which is what sparked “HIV anxiety” as like to call it, which of course caused bad eating habits and weight loss (which doesn’t help the anxiety either). Anyways so is it okay to trust these results or should I get a blood test to just to be sure?

Thank you
