Night sweats never would be the only symptom of HIV. In fact, when you read lists of HIV/ARS symptoms, you can always assume that a single symptom never means anything. Almost always there are multiple symptoms all at once. And by the way, true night sweats only occur if there is high fever. Sweating occurs when the fever breaks during the night.
I remember getting a couple a while back I meant to say.
